Group Lâ Edrî has been established in the year 2006 under the directorate of Orhan Büyükaksoy and Cemâlnur Sargut. Its Art Director is Dr. Vasfi Emre Ömürlü. “Lâ Edrî” is a very known Turkish Classical Music term that means “unknown” or “somebody who desires to be anonymous” with the idea that group members are considered themselves as the servants of the prophet and not their names but only the name and glory of the prophet is noteworthy. The group is specialized in the area of sufi music in traditional way and all its members are well-educated in sufi music, yet they are amateur musicians in the sense that their official area of expertise is not music. Since 2006, group deliveres concerts in various countries like Turkiye, Germany, India, Tanzania, Bosnia, and Italy.

The center widened its embrace of more friends and lovers of culture through the renovation of a new auditorium. This cultural space was founded and inaugurated and with the generous support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Issa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and designed by international architect David Chiaverini of the PAD firm.
