An Algerian poet and writer, Soumia Mehanneche holds a master’s degree in law and is now finishing her doctoral thesis in public law. Mehanneche is a lawyer certified by the Judicial Council. She writes poetry from an early age and publishes literary articles and poems in a number of national newspapers and Arab magazines.
