Hanan Al Khalifa‘s fascination with photography dates back more than 30 years. While she travels widely with her camera as companion, it is in documenting Bahrain, the place where she was born and raised, where her passion truly lies. Over the years, Hanan Al Khalifa has gathered a massive archive reflecting the rich and diverse spirit of the island of Bahrain. She is currently the president of the Photography Club at the Bahrain Art Society.
