Laila bin Qasim, a Tunisian social entrepreneur, studied Biomedical Engineering at Boston University in the United States. She founded and runs Blue Fish Company and Dar Ben Qasim Hospitality. She has been involved in numerous cultural initiatives to revitalize Tunis and ensure its long-term development. She worked as a senior manager at the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development in Abu Dhabi, where she established the Sogha Foundation.
