The head of the Palestinian National Library and former Minister of Culture, Dr. Ehab Bseisu will speak on culture in international relations. An architect first, he holds a PhD in Media from the University of Cardiff, UK. Dr. Bseiso worked as an academic and media consultant for many institutions and professor at Birzeit University. He authored several research papers and articles, as well as four published poetry collections.
