A Moroccan poet, Abdi has three published collections: I will not Barter with Seagulls, The Mystery Blankets Me in You and Clippings from the Clouds. A well-known figure in poetry events within the Arab world, Abdi will be a welcome guest of the House of Poetry during this year’s cultural season.
The center widened its embrace of more friends and lovers of culture through the renovation of a new auditorium. This cultural space was founded and inaugurated and with the generous support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Issa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and designed by international architect David Chiaverini of the PAD firm.
