An economist, banker and asset manager with close to 30 years of experience in international investments, economic development and international finance. Dr. Attiga served for 20 years at the World Bank Group including leading the Middle East program for the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In his tenure as its Chief Executive Officer, the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP) was ranked as the highest credit rated financial institution in the Arab World. He served on the boards of several institutions in the public, private, and civil society sectors, and received numerous awards and recognitions pertaining to his academic and professional capacities including listed in the power 50 CEOs in Oil& Gas in the MENA region.
