Shatha Al-Safi is an architect and the Director of Riwaq, a prominent Palestinian non-profit organization based in Ramallah. She earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Birzeit University and, in 2016, completed a master’s degree in Global Heritage and Cultural Project Management at the University of Turin in Italy. Shatha played a key role in the 50 Historic Towns project, dedicated to the rehabilitation of Palestinian villages. With a deep commitment to cultural preservation and community engagement, Engineer Shatha Al-Safi is actively involved in enhancing the cultural landscape and fostering community integration.
