In cooperation with the Italian Embassy Dr. Stefano De Caro is a specialist in Greek and Roman Archaeology from the Italian National School of Archaeology. He started his career within the Italian Ministry of Culture, as Inspector Archaeologist, then he served as Director of the Excavations of Pompeii, and then as Superintendent and Director of the Naples National Archaeological Museum. As Inspector, Dr. De Caro carried out excavations in Pompeii and he promoted new excavations in the ancient cities and cared the opening of new sections of the Naples National Archaeological Museum. Decorated with the public honors of Knight, Knight Commander, and Great Officer of the Italian Republic, he also received the membership of the Honorary Legion of the French Republic for cultural merits, and in 2022 the Knightship of the Cambodia Royal Order of Monisapharon.

Where memory is the house of culture and knowledge; where the original council, separated by a cultural sidewalk that connects Muharraq with the intellectuals and writers of the world. The house itself, located at the heart of the city, opens its doors to cultural production in the fields of thought, literature, politics, philosophy, culture and art.
