Rana Dajani got her Ph.D in molecular biology from U.S.A. She is a Yidan Global Fellow at Harvard and a professor of molecular biology in Jordan, specializing in epigenetics and trauma. She has shaped regional stem cell laws and held leadership roles in global scientific and UN councils. A visiting professor at top universities, she champions women in STEM and local research in the Global South. She founded We Love Reading, which has launched 8,000 libraries in 70+ countries and won global awards. Dajani is a recognized social entrepreneur and thought leader. Her book Five Scarves calls for redefining success and equity in education and work.
