Nouran Abu Talib is a young Egyptian artist. After studying international law, she left her job at the United Nations where she was involved in fighting crime and drugs to pursue her singing career. Her voice is noted for its sweetness and deep emotive abilities, and she specializes in opera and Arabic songs. She prefers works which have a human angle and young spirit. She grew up in an artistic family that respected and appreciated singing, especially as her mother is an accomplished opera singer herself and Dean of the Higher Institute of Music in Cairo. She has covered songs from the Golden Era of Arabic music as well as original songs and TV series intros.
