Dr. Akilova Kamola Baltabayevna graduated from the Department of History and Theory of Arts at the Tashkent State Theater and Art Institute. She served as the Chief Scientific Secretary of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan (2005-2010) and as Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2017-2021). Dr. Akilova is a member of the editorial board and an author of articles in the project “Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan in Museums of the World.” In 2020, she was awarded the title “Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and received the academic title of “professor.” Currently, she serves as the Director of the Fine Arts Gallery of Uzbekistan (NBU).

The house itself, located at the heart of the city, opens its doors to cultural production in the fields of thought, literature, politics, philosophy, culture and art.
