Amro Khafaji, an Egyptian journalist, worked as a journalist at the Rose Al-Youssef Foundation until 2000, then transitioned to work in television. There, he contributed to the preparation, production, and presentation of several programs. Khafaji boasts extensive experience in presenting programs as an editor-in-chief for several television networks. He also played a key role in founding many newspapers and magazines in Egypt and the Arab world, including the Egyptian newspaper Al-Shorouk. He writes in Arab newspapers and focuses on sports criticism. Khafaji serves as a consultant to several Arab satellite channels, has been instrumental in implementing major programs on them, and was involved in the establishment of Al-Rai Channel in Kuwait.

From the idea of a house that opens its door to the cultures and sciences of the peoples, to the house whose owner used to write and gather what happens in the place and outside it … the house of Abdullah Al Zayed was the first to found journalism in Bahrain with a modern press and library. He was also the first to open a cinema. He was the only editor who worked passionately to publish the weekly Bahrain Newspaper, and even encouraged aspirants to write about literature and culture.
