This artist community generated project explores the significance of Bahrain’s coastline and its changes and development over time through the medium of photography, mixed media and installation. What does the sea (shore) represent beyond basic sustenance and real estate wealth, and how did our relationship with the sea change over time are some of the questions the artists seek to address. Saturday-Thursday 9am-1pm and 4-7pm Exhibition last till 12 Jan 2023

If the sea had a memory, his memory would be rain… a voice far from life has survived, for he is as all those who leave for the sea one day in the life of men, and return: body sounds, as shapes of music and song, then the sea carries their possessions to land, and says: These are signals of survival.
