A Tunisian poet and civil society activist. He holds a doctorate degree in cultural sciences from the University of Tunis. Al-Dhibi works at the Tunisian Ministry of Culture and is a collaborating professor at the University of Tunis. He teaches a number of subjects, including: cultural studies methodology, contemporary thought, cultural governance, and cultural economy. He also participated in many poetry and cultural festivals and evenings, and won a number of awards and honors.
