By taking up again some of the « inflexible hits » of the trumpeter and enriching them with two original compositions, ERIC LE LANN on trumpet and PAUL LAY on piano demonstrate their deep devotion to the master Louis Armstrong, revisiting his influence on their own work: the melodic purity of the lines, the rhythmic accuracy of the accents, the harmonic intuition, the sense of listening and of complementarity are as many truths that the two Frenchmen celebrate in this duo whose sincerity and elegance belong only to the real ones. “Thanks a million fulfill our expectations.
