A Lebanese poet, journalist and researcher, born in Beirut. She has worked as a cultural editor and managing editor for several newspapers, magazines, and websites. She also participated in cultural and political television and radio seminars. Dagher is active in cultural life in Lebanon and the Arab world. She participated in many international conferences and festivals, in which she presented research papers and poetry evenings.
