Dr. Hala Al-Wardi is a professor of higher education at the University of Tunis. She holds a doctorate in civilization and literature from the Sorbonne University and is also a member of the National Center for Scientific Research in France. In addition to numerous publications and articles in the field of literary criticism, her books narrating critical events from the early history of Islam have been widely popular and translated. Recently, Dr. Al-Wardi was elected as a member of the Royal Academy of Belgium.
